Life-Tech supports its customers with a staff of service technicians who have over 80 years of combined experience in support of Life-Tech's products.
Customer support network
Life-Tech maintains an international network of clinical consultants and representatives to provide high quality on-site training and clinical consultation. Every Life-Tech service consultant has extensive experience with the clinical use of Life-Tech products and has completed special training at Life-Tech's home office.
Extensive loaner instrument inventory
Life-Tech stocks an extensive selection of loaner instruments, allowing us to ship loaner instruments direct to user facilities promptly – usually within 24 hours of receiving notice of the requirement.
Life Link online support
For System Urodynamic users, Life Link provides a link between the user's system and Life-Tech allowing remote monitoring and control of the user's computer for instruction, problem identification, or direct download of problem files for analysis by the Life-Tech service engineer.

For technical service during off hours, an experienced Life-Tech service engineer is on call 24-hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year

Service Plus service agreement
Life-Tech provides the most comprehensive and cost effective preventative maintenance and warranty extension program available. Service Plus options include prescheduled on-site preventative maintenance and calibration by factory-trained, experienced Life-Tech service technicians. The program includes installation of all software and hardware enhancements initiated by Life-Tech during the enrollment period. Money saving features include a discount on Life-Tech consumables and tuition-free workshop attendance. The program includes free repairs and, if required, shipment of loaner instruments. These services include payment of all shipping and handling charges by Life-Tech.
