By enrolling in the Life-Tech Service Plus program, you mobilize our extensive user support resources to ensure trouble-free operation of your urodynamic equipment and to enhance your efforts to provide high quality testing. You also protect against unbudgeted repair costs and qualify for cost savings on consumables, software upgrades, hardware enhancements, and loaner instruments.
Preventative maintenance and calibration
Our experienced service technicians will calibrate your equipment, perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, plus check for and remove software viruses.
Three maintenance options are scheduled at your convenience:
Preferred access
We strive to respond promptly and effectively to all customer service needs. However the fluctuations in demand occasionally create overload situations, and in such situations, your facility will be flagged for priority attention by our service technicians.
Free repairs
All repairs, major and minor, to correct problems that occur during your enrollment will be performed at no charge*. To prevent downtime, you may elect to have a loaner instrument shipped from Life-Tech with all loaner and shipping charges waived.
*Excludes abuse, mishandling and nonstandard accessory devices not manufactured by Life-Tech, such as oscilloscopes, video cameras, procedure chairs and solid state pressure catheters, but includes standard PC peripherals such as printers, monitors, and disk drives. Also excludes third party software that is not part of the Life-Tech urodynamic system.
Free Enhancements
All Life-Tech enhancements, in both hardware and software, made since you purchased your system will be installed at no cost.
Discount on consumables
You will receive a 2% discount on all Life-Tech consumables purchased during your enrollment.
Tuition free workshop attendance (Platinum)
One tuition per year is waived for any of Life-Tech's internationally recognized clinical urodynamic training workshops.
